Payment Policy

Secure payment

Marnie Thorp uses 128-bit SSL encryption to give you the most secure shopping experience possible. SSL encrypts the connection between your browser and our store, so everything you enter — including your payment details — cannot be read by third parties in transit.

Payments are processed through Shopify's PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure. We never see or store your full card number.

Accepted payment methods

These are the methods available at checkout. No other method is accepted, and we will never ask you to pay by bank transfer, gift card or any means outside our checkout.

Currency and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy for information on import charges that may apply to consignments valued over £135.

Multi-buy discounts

Multi-buy discounts are applied automatically at checkout and need no code: 10% off two items, 15% off three, 20% off four, and 25% off five or more.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.

If a payment fails

First check that your card number, expiry date, security code and billing address are all entered correctly and that the billing address matches the one your bank holds. If the payment still will not go through, try an alternative method or contact us at info@marniethorp.com and we will help.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. How and when you can return an order, and who pays for return postage, is set out in our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
